1 dog per person while in the shop. You are responsible for your dog and its action while in our shop.

If your dog is aggressive and hurts another dog, guest or employee you are responsible for their medical care.

 

includes Aprons, towels, brushes, SKIN & COAT PURIFIER, ear cleaner, house shampoO, and professional dryers.

If you have a double coated dog or your dog is seasonally shedding please brush them out before coming in for a bath. This will help to get them cleaner when you bathe them and they will dry much more quickly.

you may supply your own shampoo and conditioner. Please do not bring any grooming equipment like dryers or Clippers.

A $75 Deposit will be taken for each scheduled grooming appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, please send us an email to mainesoggydog@gmail.com and remember we have a 24-hour cancelation policy

Please Do not leave any voicemail as we will not honor you grooming request, and you will lose your grooming deposit.

Grooming prices reflect estimates and are subject to change based on coat condition,

temperament, time, and other unforeseen situations that arise during the groom.

The minimum charge for a grooming appointment with one of our groomers is $85

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late-Arrival & No-Show Policies:

We love hanging out with your dog. It's fun! When someone doesn't show up for their appointment, it’s not fun. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, let us know at least 24-hours prior, and your deposit will be refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment. With less than 24-hours notice, your deposit is non-refundable. We want you to keep your grooming appointment just as much as you do, so call with any questions or concerns, and we'll see what options we can offer you.

If you are going to be late, please give us a heads up. If we don't hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will consider you a No-Show, and your deposit is non-refundable. We will gladly book you for a new appointment, and add you to our cancellation list.

**We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog with flea or tick infestation.
